This policy explains how orders placed on ANOC stores are shipped and delivered.

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment
confirmation (or order acceptance for Cash on Delivery). - Processing times may be longer during sales, public holidays, or for made-to-order
items.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your
location. - Remote areas may require additional time.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on the store's settings
and your location. - Some stores offer free shipping above a minimum order value, shown at
checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where available)
by email or SMS.
6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier may
re-attempt delivery or return the parcel. Please ensure your contact and address
details are accurate.
