Refund Policy

ANOC (“ANOC”, “we”, “us”), at anoc.pk, is a platform that lets merchants run their own online stores. When you buy from a store hosted on ANOC, your contract is with that merchant - not with ANOC.
1. Refunds are handled by the merchant
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are decided and processed by the merchant who owns the store and fulfilled your order. Each store sets its own return window and conditions, so check the store you bought from and contact them first for anything about an order, a return, or a refund.
2. How a refund is paid
- Online payments: when a merchant approves a refund, the amount is returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on the merchant and the payment provider.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): the merchant collected the cash directly, so the merchant arranges any refund with you.
3. Raising a dispute with ANOC
If you cannot resolve a refund with the merchant, you can reach out to ANOC at [email protected] and we will look into it.
ANOC reserves the full right to accept or reject any claim at its sole discretion, and our decision is final. ANOC is not the seller and is not responsible for shipping, fulfilment, or the merchant’s refund decisions; reviewing a dispute does not make ANOC a party to the sale. Where we do uphold a claim, we may adjust the merchant’s balance or payout accordingly.
4. What is usually not refundable
- Items outside the store’s stated return window or conditions.
- Used, damaged, or altered items, unless the store says otherwise.
- Claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version always lives at this page. Your continued use of ANOC after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
