These Terms govern your use of ANOC (“ANOC”, “we”, “us”), available at anoc.pk. ANOC is software that lets independent merchants build and run their own online stores. By creating an account, opening a store, or buying from a store hosted on ANOC, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ANOC is - and what it is not

ANOC is a technology platform. We give merchants the tools to list products, take payments, and manage their storefront. We are not the seller of any product listed on a store, and we are not a party to the sale between a store and its customer.

Orders are shipped, fulfilled, and handled solely by the merchant who owns the store. The store owner is responsible for stock, packaging, delivery, returns, refunds, product quality, and customer support for their own orders. ANOC actively monitors how each store performs on the platform, but ANOC is not responsible for shipping, delivery, or order management and gives no guarantee about any product or its delivery.

2. Buying from a store

When you place an order on a store hosted by ANOC, your contract is with that merchant, not with ANOC. Questions about an order, its delivery, a return, or a refund should go to the store you bought from. We may help connect you with the merchant, but the merchant decides and resolves these matters.

3. Fees and payments

  • Online payments:ANOC deducts a 5% platform fee from the value of each order paid online. The remaining amount is credited to the merchant’s payout balance.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ANOC deducts nothing from COD orders. The merchant collects the cash directly on delivery and keeps the full amount; ANOC neither holds nor pays out COD funds.
  • Subscription fees for a store plan are charged as shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Payouts of online-payment balances are made to the merchant subject to our verification and payout schedule. We may withhold or reverse amounts linked to fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or breach of these Terms.

4. Merchant responsibilities

  • Sell only lawful products you are entitled to sell, with accurate listings and prices.
  • Fulfil orders, ship on time, and handle returns and refunds for your customers.
  • Comply with Pakistani law, including tax and consumer-protection obligations.
  • Keep your own customers’ data safe and use it only to serve their orders.
  • Not use ANOC for counterfeit goods, fraud, or anything that harms shoppers or the platform.

5. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under Pakistani law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer ANOC; no scraping, no malware, no infringing content, and no activity that is illegal or that puts shoppers or other merchants at risk.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a store or account that breaches these Terms, harms customers, or exposes ANOC to legal or financial risk. You may close your account at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

ANOC owns the platform, its software, and its branding. Merchants keep ownership of the content and brand they upload to their own store, and grant ANOC the limited rights needed to host and display that store.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ANOC is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties about products sold on stores, about uninterrupted or error-free service, and about the conduct of any merchant or shopper. ANOC is not liable for losses arising from a sale, a shipment, a delivery, or an order handled by a merchant. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid ANOC in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover ANOC against claims, losses, and costs arising from your store, your products, your orders, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version always lives at this page. Your continued use of ANOC after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Please review this page from time to time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
